We are excited to release the first version of Pandasia — a platform to help Subnets grow by airdropping to registered Avalanche Validators. Avalanche is now home to the easiest way for developers to airdrop tokens to those who are most heavily committed to the success of their chain, validators.
To help test the smart contracts and create an initial list of registered node operators, the first testers will get a small GGP token airdrop. If you are a validator node operator, please register today at pandasia.io. Minipool operators are already pre registered and can claim their tokens now.
Using Pandasia users can seamlessly connect their C-chain and P-chain addresses, allowing for validators to become verified and qualify for Subnet airdrops. By airdropping rewards to verified validator nodes, we encourage validators to actively participate in their Subnet, helping build a stronger community.

The GGP token is crucial to the continued expansion of Avalanche and Subnets. It allows for node operators to launch Avalanche validators through GoGoPool, called Minipools, at half cost.
Minipools are also considered to be the highest ROI way to run an AVAX validator and are automatically registered for airdrops from Subnets via Pandasia. If you’re a validator, just hit “connect wallet” and navigate to the “Claims” page. It’s that easy.

How to Register:
- Navigate to https://www.pandasia.io/ and tap the “Register” button on the homepage.
- Visit https://wallet.avax.network/ and select the “Advanced” tab.
- Copy the p-chain address you receive validator rewards on and paste it in the address field under the “Sign Message” column
- Copy your c-chain address and paste it in the message box and click “Sign Message”
- Copy your signature string
- Navigate to the back to Pandasia and submit your signature in the “Paste Signature to Complete Verification” field.
Claiming an Airdrop:
- Go to the “Claims” page.
- Select the “Claim” button for the airdrop you’re interested in.

How Does it Work?
Multisiglabs has developed a groundbreaking method for linking C-chain and P-chain addresses; something that was not possible, until now. By signing a specific message format in your wallet, we ensure the security and integrity of this process. This technology is backed by a Go program that integrates P-chain data into a SQLite DB, identifying addresses used as validator reward addresses. This innovative approach solidifies the foundation of Pandasia, ensuring reliability and trust.
Here’s how it works:
- Message Signing: When a user signs a message in their wallet, they’re not just signing the text they input. Instead, the wallet formats this input as part of a larger, predefined message. For instance, if a user is asked to sign their C-chain address, the wallet actually constructs a more complex message that includes this address along with additional, specific text.
- Secure Message Construction: The actual message signed includes the user’s C-chain address within a structured format that begins with ‘Avalanche Signed Message:\n’. This format ensures that the message is unique and secure.
- Hashing and Verification: The wallet then creates a
sha256
hash of this message, which is what gets signed. This hashed message is crucial for security and verification purposes. - Off-Chain Validation: Since the C-chain cannot directly query the P-chain for information, Pandasia employs an off-chain solution. A Go program is used to compile P-chain data into a SQLite database, identifying addresses that have been used as validator rewards addresses.
- Merkle Tree Integration: This data is then used to create a comprehensive Merkle Tree, with the merkle root posted to the Pandasia contract. Users can obtain a merkle proof for their address and submit it to the contract, which then verifies the address and proof against the merkle root.
This technical approach enables Pandasia to securely and efficiently link Avalanche’s C-chain and P-chain addresses, paving the way for a more integrated and decentralized blockchain experience.
